About the role: 

We’re looking for an energetic and passion driven Head of HR to lead our small but powerful team!

We’re a rapidly growing start-up. You will have the opportunity to help shape the future of our company while being part of one of the fastest growing industries the world has ever seen!



Responsibilities:

  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization, including but not limited to:

    • Recruitment

    • Welfare

    • Employee experience

    • Training and Internal mobility

  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

  • Designing and implementing company policies that promote a healthy work environment

  • Lead and inspire your small but growing team 



What you bring to the table:

  • 5+ years of experience in HR with at least 3+ years of experience in recruitment. Experience from a FinTech company preferred

  • Knowledge of cryptocurrencies - advantage

  • Experience in building and growing an HR department from scratch. We have some structures already, but we’re looking for someone to develop them and take them to the next level

  • Passionate about people. Strong leadership, motivation, coaching, and people skills

  • Exceptional emotional intelligence through a track record of earning positive recognition for conduct, integrity, and effectiveness while successfully completing challenging assignments

  • Understanding and creativity in the use of technology to enable business improvements

  • Love for continuous improvement, both from within and outside

  • AGILE as your second name. Things move FAST in EF!

  • Experience as a manager of at least one employee

  • Excellent written and verbal abilities

  • Hebrew and English both at mother tongue level

  • Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities, handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

  • Knowledge of employment and labor laws in Israel

  • Extremely detail oriented
